Identity Digital Inc. takes the privacy of registrants very seriously. Access to non-public RDDS data (“Data”) is limited to those who hold a demonstrable legitimate interest in access, supported by an explicitly stated purpose and legal basis, subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy Policy. Identity Digital provides this service in fulfillment of contractual obligations owed to the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers. By submitting a request for access, in addition to agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, you (“You”) represent and warrant that all information You provide is truthful, accurate and complete.
Requests will be reviewed in the order received. Priority will not ordinarily be afforded unless required by applicable law or other legal obligation. You agree that Identity Digital cannot be held liable for any delay experienced in processing requests. To ensure timely review, all applicable information must be submitted with Your request. Any information provided by You will be used for the purpose of processing Your request. Identity Digital, in its sole discretion, may grant or deny requests and decisions are considered final. Repeated unfounded Data access requests may result in rejection of Your future requests.
Identity Digital cannot guarantee the accuracy of Data. Should You be given access to Data, Your use of the Data is strictly limited to the use You have specifically identified as the justification for access. You represent and warrant that the Data will not be collected, processed, shared or stored for any other purpose(s). Under no circumstances may the Data be used to allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by e-mail, telephone, facsimile or by any other means of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations. Identity Digital is not liable for Your reliance on the Data, or any use or misuse by You, Your agents, or any third party that receives the Data from You by any means. You agree to indemnify and hold Identity Digital, its owners, directors, managers, officers, employees, and contractors harmless for Your use of the Data or Your breach of these Terms of Use.
Upon expiration of the purpose on which You rely for the retention of Data provided, You agree to irrevocably delete and purge such Data. This remains solely Your responsibility. Should Identity Digital receive a valid request for Data erasure from a registrant, Identity Digital will, in executing our legal obligations, and where applicable, provide You with any required notice of such a request. You agree to promptly comply with applicable data privacy law(s) in handling such erasure requests.
Identity Digital may update these Terms of Use from time to time, effective when posted on this website. You are advised to familiarize Yourself with the Terms of Use upon submitting a request for access to Data.
